A beachgoer in the Sunshine State happened upon an unusual discovery<\/a> while enjoying a day on the sand over the weekend.\u00a0<\/p>\n Twenty-five mysterious black packages \u2014 each with an image of famous cartoon character Yosemite Sam \u2014 washed ashore on a Florida Panhandle beach<\/a> on Sunday, according to the Walton County Sheriff\u2019s Office.<\/p>\n The bricks contained a whopping $500,000 worth of cocaine, police said.<\/p>\n UK AUTHORITIES SEIZE COCAINE WORTH MORE THAN $130 MILLION FROM A SHIP AT LONDON PORT<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n “While enjoying our beautiful beaches, if you come across any square groupers, PLEASE call us immediately and DO NOT touch suspicious packages,” the sheriff\u2019s office said in a social media post. “The contents could be extremely harmful. We\u2019re here if you need us.”<\/p>\n Authorities<\/a> subsequently confiscated the drugs and logged them into evidence.
